Saudi Women Take their Dreams Higher

In an effort to empower more Saudi women and give them more opportunities in all fields, Saudi Airlines announced the recruitment of 20 Saudi women to work as flight attendants for the first time. Saudia seeks to achieve the goals of a recent initiative to localize professions, which is one of the goals of Vision 2030.

Since 2019, the company has cooperated with the Prince Academy Sultan of Aviation Sciences to hold a specialized training program for women. The total number of Saudi female flight attendants is currently 48, and 28 of them are under training. Training includes: air service, safety systems, and providing the necessary service for passengers.

This is not the first time that Saudi women work in The field of aviation, where some worked as captains, and there are many who work as engineers and doing administrative work
